Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the UK law. Margarita Belska Nail School website is owned and operated by Nefertiti Ltd, Registered Head Office: 12 Chillingworth Road, London N7 8QJ (Company number 6289551). By using Nefertiti ltd. services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and condition affects your statutory rights.

Ordering from Nefertiti Ltd.

You can Order Products in the following ways:

When you place an Order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available – you will be notified by email.

Nefertiti Ltd. has a right to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, then refund will provided, however a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and credit card processing. If we have already dispatched your item then please turn to exchanges and refunds section.

Availability of Products

Nefertiti Ltd. cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. All offers are while stock lasts. If we are unable to supply a product to you, you will be notified in the order confirmation email or by phone. We will then dispatch the item as soon as it is in stock, if due to this reason you would wish to cancel you order, then you will receive full refund.


Accepted payment methods – Master Card, Visa, Visa electron, Maestro, Switch and Cheques. Nefertiti Ltd. reserves the right to add a £ 10.00 surcharge for processing cheques returned by the bank as unpaid.

It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from Nefertiti Ltd. until full payment has been received in full. Nefertiti Ltd. does not store any credit card information and all credit card payments are handled by “Elavon- merchant services”.

Payment is due when placing your order unless you have opened a credit account. If so, strict payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. All orders from new or non-account customers must be pre-paid by cash, cheque or credit card prior to successfully setting up an account.

VAT 20%

The final price you’ll have to pay will always have VAT included. If you are entitled to claim back the VAT you can find our VAT number is provided on your invoice or receipt when you receive it.

Postage Charges and Delivery

Post and packaging is charged £5.50 plus VAT for orders up to £50.00; £7.50 plus VAT for orders from £50.00 - up to £200.00 and Free of charge for orders over £200.00 (within UK mainland only). Next day delivery service available for orders placed before 2pm and is charged £12.00. Postage rates are subject to change without prior notice. Your postage and packaging charge will be clearly stated in your invoice. Most orders placed before 4pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability. Orders placed after 4pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

No orders are processed, dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes). Any item re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable, will be charged re-delivery price in order to cover our administrative costs and additional transportation costs. Nefertiti Ltd. will not accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery.

Postage Charges and Delivery to Ireland and other EU countries

Post and packaging are subject to change depending on weight and dimensions of the parcel. For orders made on-line extra delivery charge will be applied and should be paid by card by calling us on 0044 2077001200.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you would like to return your items, Nefertiti Ltd. must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of goods. The items can be returned or exchanged only if the following conditions are met: the item must be in perfect, unused condition, a request for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days, no returned goods will be accepted unless a return authorisation has been given. We will not accept goods that have been opened, used and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered in anyway. Once all the terms of return and exchange have been met, they have to be returned within 28 days. When you return items we advise you to send them via recorded services and for your own protection please obtain proof of postage/ receipt from the carrier as Nefertiti Ltd. accepts no responsibility of lost parcels sent by you.

Courses/Seminars Refund

Deposits and course/seminar payments are non refundable and non transferable. Any of the following; failing to attend a confirmed training session, failure to submit your work by the agreed deadline, or refusing to finish any course will result in the loss of all payments made for that course.

In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later session will be considered at the discretion of Nefertiti Ltd.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a refund. The faulty product must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers. Faulty goods must be reported to Nefertiti Ltd. within 5 working Days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.

Nefertiti Ltd. reserves a right not to exchange or refund the items if we believe they have been damaged deliberately.

Special Offers

Special offers on products cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount which may be available for this person. Products on special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
